Welcome back.
Another thing that needs to be changed when crafting this ttrpg is the Crafting/drop system. Trying to determine drops real time is terrible. It slows gameplay to a crawl, and means more management for the gm. We could pass this onto the players, but even that is not a good solution. Truthfully this might just be removed outright. But a decent alternative would be credits. The players get credit for each monster type killed allowing them to then "buy" the materials after the level is over.
Speaking of levels, drops, and finds are also a problem for us. For a computer is vastly more powerful than the human brain for simple computations. So filtering things down to just the alchemy orbs, or just the materials would be good. Is putting an entire crafting tree in the span of 2 weeks feasible. Yeah, if it is the only thing focused on. Worry not. a solution will be found!
Today specifically I got the battle sprites down. Significant changes;
- all skills are available from the start. (currently no evolution)
- skill uses are numbered.
Should be playable by the end of tomorrow.
